REJIS (Regional Justice Information Service) is recognized as a leading provider of information technology services to over 200 law enforcement and other government agencies as well as furnishing public record access to over 1,000 law firms throughout Missouri. 

We are currently seeking a qualified person to fill a Senior Programmer Analyst position on  a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will facilitate the support, maintenance and development of REJIS’ jail and judicial systems. This position requires expertise in full-stack software development on a Windows client-server platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving ability, effective communication skills, and be committed to working in a team environment.

Duties and responsibilities include: 

  • Assist clients with technical issues, provide troubleshooting solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Implement new features to existing systems, making sure they meet approved requirements and adhere to standards
  • Participate in migrating legacy systems to REJIS new technology platform

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in software development using PowerBuilder 19 (or above)
  • Experience programming stored procedures functions and triggers in either Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (or above) or Oracle 19 (or above)
  • Knowledge or experience working with .NET, C# HTML JavaScript or Bitbucket is a plus
