ABA Therapist - Afterschool

Services are provided in person.  MUST live in NJ or relocating to NJ at time of case

• Afterschool- Springfield, Plainfield, Scotch Plains: 10 hours a week (flexible schedule)

ABA Therapist Requirements:

• Experience working with Children (will train)
• Associate's degree/working towards Bachelor's degree

ABA Therapist / RBT Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their needs and goals as designed by the BCBA.
- Conduct behavior assessments and collect data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions using behavioral therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Assist in developing and implementing behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and behavior interventions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 hours per week

Schedule: mix of weekday and weekend hours available

Willingness to travel: 25% (Required)
