Summer Research Fellow

Talented students who are interested in consulting, problem solving and market research are hired as Research Fellows to help Northeast Ohio companies explore and validate growth opportunities in a guided program.  In general, students are paired in teams of two with the support of multiple experienced business mentors in a hybrid manner (mostly virtual with periodic in-person meetings).  Students conduct primary and secondary market research and develop actionable recommendations for participating companies.  Ultimately, each team of Research Fellows provides a comprehensive report and a final presentation to senior company leaders – laying out suggested action steps based on well-supported industry evidence.  This paid internship hires students for three 10-week week programs during the year. Summer (full-time/40 hours per week; end of May – July) and in the Winter (end of January – early April) and Fall (mid-September to November) where students work @15 hours per week in addition to their school work.  For this position, we are looking at the Summer Program.
