Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Pittsburgh PA / Johnston, RI
Duration – 6+ Months
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, account management, and banking transactions.
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately.
Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital banking options.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and security procedures.
Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking specialists for further assistance.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Prior experience in customer service, retail banking, or call center support is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with banking software, Microsoft Office, and digital banking platforms.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
