JOB SUMMARY: 

Our Operations and Process Support Intern will work directly with our Senior Manager of Manufacturing and Managers of multiple departments in our Flavors Division located in Piscataway. The intern introduction and overview of systems, KPIs, and process of a flavors company. Exposure to production and support departments will provide insight to life in operations management, and give the intern opportunity to run projects with multiple departments.

SCHEDULE:

             Fully onsite schedule – 5 days/week onsite – Piscataway Location

RESPONSIBILITIES & INTERNSHIP GOALS:

  • The intern will learn and work on time studies.
  • The intern will learn how to conduct data analysis.
  • The intern will learn standardized lean manufacturing KPI reporting.
  • The intern will learn about routine review processes of lean manufacturing.
  • The intern can learn business skills and have real-world experience with a global company that can be beneficial for their career growth.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Preferred Major:  Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial/Manufacturing, Biology, Food Science
