We are looking for candidates with strong academic background and want to add to their education and experience in the fields of taxation and accounting. Problem solving and ability to understand and follow instructions will be you most important skills in that position. The right candidate will be trained in the fields of accounting and taxation and will add very desirable tax and accounting knowledge and skills that will make you attain new heights in your career.
Essential responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Compiling, recording, and analyzing financial information using Quickbooks accounting software
- Account reconciliations
- Reviewing accounting books and ledgers and making journal entries to correct discrepancies
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial statements for tax return preparation
- Entering personal and accounting data information to tax software and preparing personal and business tax returns
- Maintaining a flow of communication with clients and team member
