Make a difference as a Quality Assurance Associate

As a new Full-Time Quality Assurance Associate at D&D Global, you can expect a structured yet dynamic workday from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customer service and sales teams by accurately identifying the appropriate belts through detailed measurements or part numbers. Your responsibilities will include performing inventory quality checks for size accuracy with precision belt measuring equipment and conducting thorough inspections on returned merchandise to facilitate efficient customer credit processes. You will assist the purchasing manager by gathering vital information for new belt production requests and keeping track of inbound logistics by meticulously updating Netsuite with shipment tracking details, as well as processing receipts upon arrival. You'll also engage in routine audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement while receiving guidance from experienced team members.

Additionally, you will maintain supply inventory control for essential materials like boxes, tape, and office supplies across all domestic locations, ensuring a seamless workflow and allowing our team to focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.
