Are you passionate about social media, marketing, and content creation? Do you love podcasts and want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing? Lauren Berty (aka That Twin Mama) is looking for a Social Media Intern to assist in promoting That Twin Mama Podcast and supporting social media efforts.

📌 About the Role:

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll work closely with Lauren Berty and the podcast production team to create engaging content, captions, and posts that promote That Twin Mama Podcast. You'll also assist with a few other social media and marketing-related tasks. This is a remote, part-time position (~5 hours per week) with flexible scheduling.

🎯 Responsibilities:

✅ Write creative and engaging captions for social media posts promoting That Twin Mama Podcast.
✅ Assist in scheduling posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
✅ Brainstorm and draft content ideas that align with That Twin Mama’s brand voice.
✅ Help repurpose podcast content into short-form video clips, quotes, or graphics (no heavy editing required).
✅ Research trending topics, hashtags, and social media best practices to improve engagement.
✅ Monitor audience interactions and assist in engagement strategies (e.g., responding to comments or messages).
✅ Support light administrative tasks related to podcast marketing and social media.

🌟 Ideal Candidate:

✨ Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (bonus if you’re familiar with podcast marketing).
✨ Creative writer with the ability to craft fun, relatable, and engaging captions.
✨ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
✨ Interest in motherhood, parenting, lifestyle content, and/or podcasts.
✨ Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
