Job Summary

In this role, you have the opportunity to join our team at our headquarters in Roseland, NJ.

We’re looking for a Marketing Video Creative Intern to join our Marketing team. This is a part-time position requiring 30-40 hours a week.
 

Role Responsibilities

  • Video Content Creation & Production
    • Develop engaging, high-quality video content for Facebook and Instagram ads.
    • Follow a structured monthly video production process to creatively showcase snack boxes.
  • End-to-End Project Management (Experimental & Standard Productions)
    • Receive briefs from marketing team members and oversee the full production cycle.
    • Source, negotiate, and coordinate with talent or participants.
    • Manage filming logistics, on-site production, and directing as needed.
    • Organize and tag raw footage for an efficient post-production process.
  • Creative & Technical Execution
    • Apply expertise in lighting, composition, and prop/set design to enhance content quality.
    • Source and shop for props within budget to elevate production value.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align on project goals and deadlines.
    • Coordinate with the operations team to facilitate snack box shipments for creators and influencers.
    • Plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines effectively.

Required Experiences & Skills

  • Pursuing or recently earned a Bachelor's in a creative or marketing field, with a passion for content creation and a portfolio showcasing UGC or personal work.
  • Experienced in UGC-style content creation (lighting, composition, and prop/set design, basic video editing skills and a strong sense of storytelling) desired.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Available to work on-site in Roseland, NJ, as needed.
