Who we are looking for:
Our immigration firm in the heart of Orlando is seeking a file clerk/ office assistant, who provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, enthusiastic and bilingual (English/ Spanish) file clerk/ office assistant to work with our growing team in a fast-paced work environment. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
What You’ll Do:
1. Greet and assist potential and existing clients that come into the office.
2. Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, coding, posting, scanning, shipping, and mailing.
3. Provide support to our legal team assembling cases for filing.
4. Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of the legal team and other colleagues.
5. Order office supplies.
6. Handle multiple projects and sensitive information in a confidential manner.
7. Reply to e-mail, telephone or in person inquiries/ requests.
8. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
9. Other duties assigned as needed.
To be successful in this role, the right candidate should have excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. They should also be proficient in using MS Office and Outlook. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications and skills
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or professional school preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word) and Outlook.
- High level of comfort with learning new systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual required (Spanish). Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
