Bell and Company CPA’s PC is a leading full-service personal financial and business management firm that caters to high net-worth individuals. We manage an established client base in the entertainment, the arts and corporate America.

We are looking for a motivated , energetic and detail-oriented Tax Assistant to join our team. The Tax Assistant will support the tax department in data entry, document handling and maintenance, and providing administrative assistance to the tax department.

Other duties may include:

  • Write Ups
  • Data entry
  • Copying, filing, collating, and scanning documents 
  • Monthly bank reconciliation 
  • Occasionally assist in correspondence with other corporations for clients
  • During tax season assist with 1099's, etc.
  • Organize and maintain client tax records, including preparing working papers and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information.
  • Assist in any other administrative and project-based tasks as needed within the tax department.
