Uwill is seeking business and accounting candidates for its 2025 summer internship program. This is a paid internship requiring 20 hours per week throughout June and July.
About the role:
Interns will focus on developing tangible and transferable skills. Projects are designed to spark critical thinking, creativity, and personal growth. The candidates will work directly with mentors that reflect their career interests on projects tailored to experiential learning in account management and product. Each year, projects are designed to meet the current needs of the company while honoring the intern’s individual skillset.
The ideal candidate skills:
-Strong communicator who has excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey ideas effectively while being clear and concise
-Data analysis and interpretation: proficiency in interpreting and analyzing data, using tools like spreadsheets, databases, and analytics software to derive insights.
-Problem-solving and critical thinking: being able to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop creative solutions using logical reasoning.
-Project management: skills in planning, organizing, executing, and controlling projects, including time management and organization.
-Sales and marketing skills: understanding customer needs, marketing analysis, product positioning, and persuasive communication to drive strategies
