Margaritaville Restaurants Leadership Program (Various Locations)
Looking for the next Best Leaders in Hospitality!!!
Welcome to the NEW Margaritaville Restaurants Leadership Program!
Our NEW Margaritaville Restaurants Leadership Program gives a fresh take on leadership development inside one of the most legendary hospitality brands.
People love coming to a Margaritaville retaurant location because it embodies a relaxed, tropical "vacation state of mind" through its island-inspired food, vibrant atmosphere, and strong association with Jimmy Buffett's music. It gives people, if even for a moment, a sense of escape and carefree enjoyment, almost like being on a beach holiday regardless of where the restaurant is located; essentially, it's not just about the food, but the overall experience.
New Features for 2025:
- New Rotational leadership experience – Get real hands on experience across the entire restaurant operation and see what makes Margaritaville hum.
- Strong focus on the history and impact of Margaritaville Cafés —the heart of where it all started.
- New fun programs to introduce students to Jimmy's legacy in music, philanthropy, community and giving.
Why is this experience one-of-a-kind?
- Meet inspiring leaders – Connect with those involved in Jimmy Buffett’s philanthropic efforts, and teams he worked with.
- Unforgettable summer vibes – Work alongside an incredible crew, create great guest experiences, and soak in the Margaritaville spirit.
