Summer Internship Program

Cranberry Township, Butler County, is seeking summer 2025 interns for a unique opportunity with several Cranberry Township departments including Communications, Engineering & Environmental Services, Finance, Fire & Emergency Services, Parks and Recreation - Aquatics, Parks and Recreation - Stewardship and Event Planning, Planning & Development, Police, Police - Social Work, Public Works, Safety, and Human Resources.

Those interested in applying to the Summer Internship Program may only submit their application to one department.

The program will run from approximately May 19, 2025, through August 8, 2025. While interns will spend most of their time with the department they were hired on with, this internship will include a variety of events and tours to allow interns to get a sense of the entire Township operation.

Applicants must be currently enrolled in an educational institution. Students seeking an Associates, Bachelors, or Masters degree in a relevant major preferred.

Approximate Hourly Wage: $13.00

Applications will be accepted through March 3, 2025, or until the position is filled, whichever occurs first.
