What a Typical Day Could Look Like

As the Marketing Analyst Intern, you’ll be immersed in the exciting world of digital marketing, helping to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify key patterns, and support the team in refining strategies. You’ll work closely with data to reveal actionable insights, drive improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives at Kairoi Residential! You’ll get hands-on experience at Kairoi, where you'll have the opportunity to grow and apply your skills in a real-world setting.

 

  • You are the Trend Tracker!
    • Dive into cutting-edge industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements to uncover the insights that drive strategy.
    • Use your research to help the team stay ahead of the curve and spot opportunities before they even emerge.
  • You are the Campaign Expert!
    • Get hands-on with campaign data to spot trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
    • You will get to team up with the marketing crew to track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns in real time.
    • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and test new approaches based on the campaign data, helping to fine-tune strategies for maximum impact.
  • You are the Data Storyteller!
    • Bring data to life by crafting visually striking, easy-to-understand reports that highlight marketing performance in a way everyone can connect with.
    • You will play a key role in helping shape the team’s strategy by gathering and summarizing key insights for impactful team meetings and decision-making sessions.
    • Explore and analyze data using tools like Excel and Google Analytics, discovering key trends and insights that fuel smarter, data-driven strategies.

Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with data, including collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to extract meaningful insights. 
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Python is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong focus on accuracy when gathering, interpreting, and presenting data.
  • Creative thinking to help identify areas of improvement in marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and marketing metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest marketing and analytics trends.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
