This role transcends traditional sales positions. As a UCG Sales Leader, you'll guide clients through their construction journey, from initial vision to final walkthrough. You'll have the freedom to design your own schedule, build significant wealth through our industry-leading commission structure, and develop lasting relationships with Hawaii's most influential property owners and developers. Project Commission Structure:
- Residential/Commercial: 5-8% tiered commission
- Federal/State Projects: 1-2% commission
- Management Bonus: Additional 2% on team sales
- Customer Satisfaction Bonus: $25 per 4.8+ star review
