Digital & Technical Specialist (Hybrid, In-Person Required)

 

Location: SF Bay Area - Hybrid (Primarily On-Site, Some Remote Flexibility)

Type: Part-Time, Contract-to-Hire, or Full-Time

 

About Us

We’re a creative engineering lab that fuses technology, storytelling, and media production to craft impactful digital experiences. Our work spans web development, live events, A/V design/production, UX/UI design, and digital content creation. We’re looking for tech-savvy problem solvers who can seamlessly bridge web development, IT, and live media/event support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Web Development & Tech Support – Create, maintain, and update websites, troubleshoot technical issues, and deploy changes (front-end with light DevOps).
  • Live Event & A/V Support – Assist with hybrid events, live-streaming, and audio-video production for key events.
  • Client & Team Collaboration – Be a key on-site presence, ensuring seamless execution of tech and digital projects.
  • Systems & Infrastructure – Manage scripts, deployments, and integrations—nothing too deep, just enough to keep things running smoothly.

 

What You Bring

✅ Front-end development skills (+Nuxt/Vue, +Tailwind, HTML/CSS/JS, or equivalent)

✅ Comfort with servers & deployments (SSH, Linux, AWS, or similar)

✅ A/V & live-streaming knowledge (OBS, audio and video setups)

✅ A proactive mindset — someone who loves solving problems, learning on-the-go, and wearing multiple hats

✅ Hybrid availability – On-site for key work, but with some remote flexibility
