Our internship program offers daily training sessions, personalized mentorship, and opportunities to work alongside successful professionals. Many of our former interns remain in touch with their mentors for years, and several have gone on to hold leadership positions within our organization.

We’re now accepting applications for Summer 2025 internships. Corporate housing is available for those relocating, and top-performing interns may be offered full-time employment upon completion of the program.

The Opportunity

Training & Development:
Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with valuable skills that will enhance your career trajectory. You’ll receive:

  • Daily team training sessions focused on real-world sales tactics and strategies.
  • One-on-one mentorship from experienced sales leaders.
  • Hands-on learning through on-the-job shadowing and direct client interactions.
  • Topics covered include:
  • Sales psychology and techniques
  • Communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership and time management
  • Emotional intelligence and mindset development
  • Entrepreneurship strategies
  • The complete sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing the sale.

Additionally, you will have access to career counseling and personal development resources provided by our in-house counselor (MACMHC).

Sales Blitz & Pre-Season Training:
Optional opportunities to participate in pre-season training and monthly sales blitzes to sharpen your skills and maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities

As an intern, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Learning & applying sales techniques through daily training and practical experience.
  • Generating customer leads through direct-to-home contact and outreach.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with managers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring clients receive top-tier service throughout the sales process.
  • Fostering positive relationships to build brand awareness and strengthen community ties.
  • Tracking your performance by fulfilling quotas and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborating with team members and working toward both personal growth and team success.

You will gain exposure to the entire sales process, from initial contact through to the close, while working closely with a mentor to set and achieve your goals.

Qualifications

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Must be able to relocate to Raleigh, NC for Summer 2025 - free corporate housing available to interns
  • No previous sales experience required (though a strong desire to learn is essential).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
  • A strong sense of business ethics and professionalism.
  • All majors are welcome to apply; Business majors are encouraged but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
  • Must be open to travel as part of the role.

Schedule & Dates

  • May - August
  • Remote pre-season training available
  • Full-time position, Monday - Friday
