Job Summary:
The Human Resources Summer Associate will support critical HR functions, including interview scheduling, compliance audits, and administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to company policies and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews to ensure a smooth process.
- Audit I-9 documentation and new hire paperwork for compliance and accuracy.
- Verify rehire documentation and audit disposition codes in the applicant tracking system.
- Review offer letters for accuracy and compliance.
- Update company job descriptions with an emphasis on clear and concise language.
- Assist with HR projects and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with HRIS systems. ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively.
