Real Estate Marketing Spring Intern (In-Person)

Requirements:

Upper-level student or recent graduate with a minimum availability of 20-30 work hours per week.

Able to work two+ full days during the week (9am-6pm) IN PERSON at our office located in Preston Center (Preston and Northwest Hwy in Dallas).

 

Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is a paid internship opportunity with one of Dallas' most respected land development companies. As a marketing intern, you will work closely with our Director of Marketing, Project Managers, and accounting team to support our marketing efforts and enhance our online presence.

 

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Drive our online presence through active engagement on social media platforms. Regularly post engaging content, monitor, and respond to comments and messages, and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Graphic Design: Utilize Canva or Adobe software to create captivating graphics and visual assets for various marketing initiatives, including event promotions, social media posts, and website banners. Ensure that all designs align with our brand guidelines.

Video Editing: Use your editing skills to create engaging and compelling video content that effectively communicates our brand message. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and edit videos for various marketing campaigns and platforms.

Copywriting: Contribute your excellent written communication skills to develop persuasive and impactful copy for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns. Work along Ad agency for PR approvals to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all channels.

CRM Management: Learn how to be proficient in an industry-leading CRM platform to assist in executing email campaigns, managing contact databases, and tracking marketing performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead nurturing processes and enhance customer engagement.

Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in various projects, such as market research, competitive analysis, and campaign performance tracking. Participate in marketing meetings, provide valuable input, and contribute to the team's success.
