On-Call Coordinator

As the On-Call Coordinator, you will be the crucial link between our clients and caregivers, ensuring that our high standards of care are always upheld. This position is excellent for a Caregiver looking to make extra income on the evenings and weekends. 

Weekday On Call Schedule: Rate of pay is $75 per shift. (Expected workload less than 2 hours per day)

Monday 4:45 pm to Tuesday 8:00 am

Tuesday 4:45 pm to Wednesday 8:00 am

Wednesday 4:45 pm to Thursday 8:00 am

Thursday 4:45 pm to Friday 8:00 am

Weekend On-Call Schedule: Rate of pay is $112.50 per shift. (Excepted workload less than 3 hours per day)

Friday 4:45 pm to Monday 8:00 am

Key Responsibilities

Client and Caregiver Support: Answer incoming calls professionally, addressing client and caregiver needs promptly and efficiently.

Shift Management: Fill client shifts following our scheduling processes and communicate changes effectively to all parties involved.

Troubleshooting: Review potential issues with the Service Coordinator before starting your shift and resolve any arising problems during your shift.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of activities and communicate them to key team members at the end of shift.

Consultations: Handle new client and caregiver inquiries knowledgeably, and schedule care consultations as needed.

Backup Caregiver: If no replacement is available to fill an open shift you are responsible for filling in as a caregiver and will be compensated at your hourly rate. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of one year Caregiving experience 

Reliable transportation

Strong communication skills and the ability to listen effectively

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Excellent interpersonal skills and sound judgment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work weekends and evenings as required

Professional appearance and demeanor
