Account Coordinator Intern

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Account Executives in the day-to-day administration of marketing, public relations, and advertising initiatives
  • Develop project timelines and track progress to ensure timely completion
  • Manage said project tasks and deadlines, mark up internal and client edits to materials
  • Craft written content and design inspiration for marketing materials
  • Write blog posts to bring traffic to client websites
  • Write client newsletters and use marketing email software to distribute content
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes
  • Understand how businesses, brands and customers interact, with a knowledge of the role that marketing plays in this relationship
  • Drive client and agency implementation of tools and conduct necessary training to ensure adoption
  • Support strategy for clients, including lending to strategic development and maintaining client objectives and priorities
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions

Requirements: 

  • This position is in office and located in Phoenix, AZ. 
  • The position is entry-level.
  • The candidate should have a passion for marketing strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
