Account Coordinator Intern

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Executives in the day-to-day administration of marketing, public relations, and advertising initiatives
- Develop project timelines and track progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage said project tasks and deadlines, mark up internal and client edits to materials
- Craft written content and design inspiration for marketing materials
- Write blog posts to bring traffic to client websites
- Write client newsletters and use marketing email software to distribute content
- Attend meetings and take detailed notes
- Understand how businesses, brands and customers interact, with a knowledge of the role that marketing plays in this relationship
- Drive client and agency implementation of tools and conduct necessary training to ensure adoption
- Support strategy for clients, including lending to strategic development and maintaining client objectives and priorities
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
Requirements:
- This position is in office and located in Phoenix, AZ.
- The position is entry-level.
- The candidate should have a passion for marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
