Location: Remote (Occasional in-person meetings possible if based in New York, with potential travel in Colombia, Turkey, Italy, etc.)

About the Role:

Are you a creative, organized, and ambitious self-starter looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple aspects of running a business? This internship is a unique opportunity to work directly with an entrepreneur in the wellness, retreat, and coaching industry. You’ll gain experience in business operations, digital marketing, content creation, social media management, financial organization, AI utilization, and customer experience optimization.

This role is ideal for students or recent grads interested in entrepreneurship, marketing, wellness, event planning, and creative business strategy. You’ll have the chance to learn skills that are directly applicable to starting and scaling a business while working in a dynamic, flexible environment.

What You'll Do:

• Business Organization & Operations: Assist with structuring and organizing finances, researching tools for efficiency, and helping streamline administrative processes.
• Marketing & Content Creation: Support social media management, email marketing, and content development (graphics, captions, scheduling).
• Graphic Design: Help design promotional materials, social media posts, and branding elements.
• Customer Experience & Engagement: Improve communication strategies, respond to inquiries, and enhance customer touchpoints.
• AI & Automation: Utilize AI tools to enhance business efficiency, including content generation, analytics, and automation.
• Event & Travel Planning: Assist in logistics for retreats, workshops, and business travel planning.

Who You Are:

• A very organized, proactive, resourceful, and adaptable individual excited to learn.
• Interested in entrepreneurship, marketing, wellness, spirituality, meditation, or event planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using or learning digital tools (Instagram, Canva, email marketing platforms, AI tools, etc. (Adobe Suite knowledge or video editing skills is a big plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Open to creative problem-solving and bringing new ideas to the table.
