Social Media Growth Marketer

Position Overview 

We are looking for a spiritually minded, creative, and tech-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our account team at Peace Awareness Labyrinth and Gardens in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about spirituality and community building, with a strong background in digital content creation and audience GROWTH and engagement. The Social Media Manager will be instrumental in growing our online presence and driving engagement in-person in L.A.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop engaging social media content for YouTube and Instagram with a focus on aligning with trends while reflecting our mission and values, ensuring a strong aesthetic appeal.
  • Leverage AI content tools and digital marketing solutions to optimize content creation and expand reach.
  • Edit and produce video content for social media, class promotions, and events to create compelling visual stories.
  • Geotarget content and campaigns to connect with the Los Angeles community and drive local event participation.

Qualifications 

  • Current college student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • Interest in spirituality and a desire to be part of a community-focused environment.
  • Proven experience creating digital content across platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO, geotargeting strategies, and passionate about exploring AI content tools.
  • Proficient in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • This role is 100% on-site at our office in West Adams (with flexible hours). Applicants must have dependable transportation.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without needing current or future employer sponsorship.

Part-Time with the potential to be full-time 

$17.50 per hour
