Summer 2025 Internship Details:
Program dates: June 2 to August 8
10-week program with 35-hour work week
Hybrid, onsite work schedule: Tues, Wed & Thurs in office
Internship location in NYC
Compensation: $22/hr + a $2500 stipend
Applicants must be able to commit to full-time hours and the entire length of the program.
Applicants must be undergraduates and/or those actively enrolled in a specialized/technical certification program
What to Expect and important dates to keep in mind:

Required: Initial screening conducted by our recruiting team virtually
Final interviews conducted by our hiring teams virtually beginning late February into early March
Internship offers will be extended by the recruitment team at the end of March into early April

Job Title: Intern, CRM Team
Job summary
Tommy Hilfiger CRM is looking for a summer intern. This role will be under the mentorship of the Senior Director, CRM & Marketing Analytics.
The intern will assist with market research on new MarTech opportunities to enhance personalization and relevancy of brand Marketing campaigns, inclusive of AI, and competitive/market use of advanced capabilities and/or areas of opportunity. The intern will help build a presentation finding opportunities, prioritizing based on ease of development versus size of prize and a first draft of a testing/roll-out timeline. There will be opportunities to work with different teams such as analytics, loyalty, consumer insights, ECOM, technology and media.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Interview email partners to quickly develop understanding of current capabilities versus desired future state
Sign up for various email programs and log strengths/weaknesses
Research tech capabilities available in the market, inclusive of AI
Apply industry white papers to deep dive into vendor options and ratings
Set up introductory calls with top level vendors to gain better understanding of capabilities/costs
Build presentation using PowerPoint slides with a section dedicated to use of AI
Education
Rising junior or senior undergraduate student preferred, pursuing a Marketing, Information Technology, Business BS
Minimum 3.0 GPA in core major classes preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience / Skills
Previous relevant internship / work experience or demonstrated interest in the industry
Demonstrated academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong analytical skills with data-oriented approach
Well organized, detail oriented, strong written and oral communication skills
Forward thinking, able to problem solve; self-starter with strong ability to meet deadlines and expectations
Great teammate with an eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment working across multiple teams
