Fusco Personnel is hiring!! We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional – Business Development & Client Retention to join our team. This role will focus on driving business development initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and reaching out to decision-makers.
- Develop a strong pipeline of new business through cold calls, emails, and networking within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop customized staffing solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Conduct client presentations and meetings to showcase Fusco Personnel’s recruitment services and value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals effectively.
Client Retention & Satisfaction:
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
- Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Continuously monitor the quality of staffing solutions provided to clients, making adjustments where necessary to exceed expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that can enhance the client’s experience and outcomes.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure the alignment of client needs and staffing solutions.
- Track and report on sales progress, goals, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Attend regular meetings and contribute to the team’s overall strategic goals for business growth and client satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and potential challenges within the staffing and recruitment space.
- Identify potential areas for expansion and create a strategy for acquiring new clients within targeted sectors.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the staffing, recruitment, or related industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for delivering excellent service and a positive customer experience.
Salary Range:
- $50,000-$150,000
