Array Production Manager – Lead Innovation in a Growing Company
Are you a hands-on manufacturing professional with experience in photolithography and a passion for process optimization? We’re a small, innovative company looking for a skilled and driven Array Production Manager to lead our production operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys both technical problem-solving and team leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of the Array Manufacturing Lab, including personnel, equipment, and processes.
- Optimize photolithography, plasma etching, and gold sputtering processes to meet production goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues efficiently.
- Train and mentor team members on photolithography techniques and best practices.
- Maintain detailed logs, track equipment status, and manage maintenance schedules.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring a steady supply of arrays.
- Collaborate with R&D and other teams to maintain seamless lab operations.
- Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate new suppliers, technologies, and approaches to enhance quality, cost, and throughput.
- Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in photolithography or semiconductor fabrication (preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (lab coat, gloves, goggles).
- Ability to stand or walk for 70-80% of the day.
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25-30 lbs
