About the Role

We're looking for a Backend Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design and build scalable, high-performance APIs and services that power our AI-driven investment platform. You’ll work closely with AI, data, and frontend teams to develop secure and efficient backend systems.

What You’ll Do

✅ Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services
✅ Design and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs for AI-driven applications
✅ Work with databases, caching, and distributed systems to ensure efficiency
✅ Ensure backend security, authentication, and data integrity
✅ Collaborate with AI & frontend engineers to deliver robust features
✅ Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging for system reliability

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3+ years of experience in backend development
✔️ Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Go (or similar backend languages)
✔️ Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
✔️ Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
✔️ Knowledge of microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
✔️ Experience with performance tuning & API optimizations
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
