Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives
of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s U.S. 12-week internship program provides an
experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite,
hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern
classes from across the country. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and
develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom

JOB TITLE
Indirect Materials Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Intern


PROJECT
The primary focus will be on supporting a system enhancement project - such as
integration between two systems or rolling out procurement system access to a new
country - designed to improve the procurement processes related to indirect materials
spending.


WHERE YOU COME IN
· You will research and gather data by accessing systems, interviewing employees, and
then analyze and report on the findings. Your report will include quantitative and qualitati
information to help us make decisions.
· You will participate in meetings and contribute ideas to projects and ongoing programs.
· You will help us streamline workflows, suggest ways to improve engagement wi
suppliers and stakeholders, and support change management.
· You will pitch in to support projects that directly affect the way we work, such as
Procurement IT projects rolling out systems and processes or even contributing to running
our internal social media platforms.

YEARS CONSIDERED
Current Freshmen, Sophomores, or Juniors, graduating December 2025 or later


PAY RATE
$27-29 per hour


LOCATION
Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation a
will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live with
commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km)


REMOTE-WORK
Hybrid work 3 days a week on site M-F 8 to 5


OTHER NOTES
Any technical major
Experiencing being on a project team
Interest in Procurement
Plus if they have taken classes on Supply Chain Management, Lean practices, developing
communication and training materials
