Legal Assistant/Receptionist

Job Duty:

Client Communication & Reception: Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate attorney or staff member. Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.

Administrative Support: Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings. Maintain case files, both physical and digital, ensuring all records are organized and up to date.

Office Administration: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, order office supplies, and support daily office operations.
