Alumni Outreach Specialist
Join the Pomerantz Career Center team and make a meaningful impact by connecting with recent University of Iowa graduates! In this role, you will reach out to alumni approximately six months after their graduation to see how they're doing, learn about their current employment, and find out if they've pursued further education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone calls with recent graduates to gather updates on their career and educational progress (Note: This is NOT a fundraising position).
- Input collected data into our database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Write detailed reports based on the information gathered, contributing valuable insights to the University of Iowa community.
Why This Role Matters: The data you collect is crucial for the University of Iowa. It helps students, faculty, administration, and various other groups in numerous ways, from improving career services to shaping educational programs.

Important notes on the schedule: This position will begin in late May / early June and go through the end of summer break. Many of you will be doing some traveling during this time and the schedule does have quite a bit of flexibility to it. Hours will vary. This position is also fully remote.
Pay: $12.50 per hour, around 25 hours per week.
