Position Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Appluent, you will play a key role in fostering and maintaining relationships with our channel partners’ sales teams and cultivating sales opportunities for FilePulse 360, our cutting-edge file management solution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a liaison between Appluent and our partners to ensure seamless collaboration, identify business opportunities, and drive mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners’ sales teams to foster trust and alignment with Appluent’s goals.

Educate channel partners about Appluent’s services, FilePulse 360, value propositions, and key differentiators.

Collaborate with channel partners to identify joint business opportunities, strategize on sales initiatives, and ensure successful execution.

Actively promote and generate sales leads for FilePulse 360 through channel partner collaboration and direct outreach.

Act as the primary point of contact for partner sales teams, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Work closely with internal teams to align channel activities with Appluent’s business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.

Provide regular updates to the CEO regarding partner relationships, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Support sales enablement efforts by providing tools, training, and resources to channel partners.

Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
