We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Pharmaceutical Interns with opportunities for full-time employment.
Job Description:
We are offering both temporary and permanent internship positions for individuals with a background in Biology or Chemistry. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Hybrid Pharma will provide training, and qualified candidates may also have the opportunity to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Florida Department of Health.
Responsibilities:

Lab Intern:
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as UV spectrophotometer, HPLC, and other analytical tools.
- Conduct various tests and experiments to assist in product development and quality control.
- Assist in documenting and analyzing data accurately.

Clean Room Intern:
- Work within a controlled clean room environment to assist in the sterile compounding of pharmaceutical drugs.
- Follow strict safety protocols to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Support production teams in maintaining a sterile environment and preparing materials for manufacturing.

Related Pharmacy Work:
- Support pharmacy operations and assist with various pharmacy tasks.
- Gain valuable insight into pharmaceutical processes and the regulatory landscape.
Requirements:
- A degree in Biology or Chemistry (or in progress).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Available for full-time or part-time commitment (schedule flexibility).
Training and Growth:
Hybrid Pharma will provide on-the-job training in all areas, ensuring you gain experience and expertise in the pharmaceutical manufacturing process. Through our structured training program, you'll also have the opportunity to apply for the Pharmacy Technician License with the Florida Department of Health.
