Sales Development Representative Intern

We are looking for Summer Interns! 

Talent Strategy is hiring Sales Development Representative Interns (SDR) to join our team. We are looking for a go-getter, strategic thinker and someone who is always in pursuit of consistent growth. Your role as an SDR Intern will be to reach out to and engage potential customers to create new sales opportunities and pipeline (future revenue). You will work closely with the sales team, and this position is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career or gain more sales experience in a growing recruiting/staffing services industry.

Here is what a typical day as an SDR looks like:

  • Working full-time in office alongside a group of passionate and energetic teammates
  • Leveraging a variety of outreach tools such as phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn) to develop interactions with potential customers
  • Understand and effectively deliver the Talent Strategy value proposition, and speak about our recruiting capabilities
  • Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly & monthly metrics (meetings scheduled, meetings held, opportunities created, etc.) 
     

What We Hope You Will Bring To The Position

  • 0-2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields with a strong interest in impacting customer solutions
  • Engaged personality and thrive in a high-energy/fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and can easily adapt to change
  • Ability to think on your feet in a conversation- ask and answer questions with ease
  • Great at finding ways to motivate yourself and your teammates- team culture and momentum is how our team thrives!
  • Able to learn tools, technology and processes quickly
  • A “never stop learning” mentality and can apply it daily
