Social Media Intern
As a Social Media Intern at Top Gun Events, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a start up marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with our goals and objectives. This internship will provide hands-on experience in social media management and marketing, as well as creative freedom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Schedule and publish social media posts to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive
- Develop and execute social media campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve our strategy
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and emerging trends
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to marketing, communications, or a related field (or recent graduate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and an eye for visual content.
- Proficiency in creative content creation utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
- Understanding of social media analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- A passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Willingness to work event weekends as needed.
- Ability to perform some physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lb
