Large Animal Veterinarian

We are excited to offer a full-time employment opportunity to a caring, enthusiastic Veterinarian to join our busy team at Franklin Veterinary Associates! 

Franklin Veterinary Associates was founded in 1972 as a privately owned clinic, and we are still privately owned with two dedicated owners.  Located in Franklin County, PA. We are 1 hour from Harrisburg, Baltimore, 1.5hours to DC. There are also several parks in our area for the outdoor enthusiast!

We service several dairy herds in the area that range in several herd sizes. We offer farm calls for herd checks, ultrasound pregnancy checks, palpations, on farm surgeries varying from an RDA to laceration repairs, calvings, and herd health services. Along with dairy herds, we also service some beef farms, porcine and caprine as well. We strive to have good relations with all our clients and form client-Veterinary bonds.

Salary commensurate with experience and benefits include health insurance and 401k match, professional dues, liability and malpractice insurance, CE allowance, discounted veterinary care and competitive base salary plus a percentage based on production. 

Being a Mixed Veterinary Practice, we have two Large Animal Veterinarians, one Mixed Veterinarian, and three Small Animal Veterinarians. Our support staff are well trained and eager to help with the care of all the patients.
