Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on legal matters and represent their interests in a variety of matters, both in and out of court, as needed
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff regularly
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trials

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school (or graduating in Spring 2025)
  • Licensed to practice in PA (or awaiting PA Bar results)
  • 1-3 years of legal experience preferred, but not required  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   
  • Detail-oriented
