About the Internship
We’re hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern to help us build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive lead generation through LinkedIn webinars, YouTube content, and social media marketing. This fully remote role is perfect for a content creator with experience in video production, social media strategy, and online engagement. You’ll be responsible for hosting live LinkedIn events, creating video content for YouTube and social platforms like Tik Tok, and managing online discussions to boost Stateable’s industry presence.
Responsibilities
Host LinkedIn Webinars
- Plan, create content for, and host weekly LinkedIn webinars focused on the insurance industry, providing thought leadership and engaging discussions.
- Post original insights and actionable advice on LinkedIn to increase engagement and brand credibility.
- Actively comment on and engage in industry discussions to build visibility and attract leads.
YouTube & Video Content Strategy
- Film and publish educational videos (demos, case studies, and tutorials) on YouTube to attract organic traffic.
- Optimize video descriptions and titles using SEO-rich keywords to improve search rankings.
- Repurpose webinar clips and customer testimonials for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Social Media & Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and implement a content strategy to promote Stateable’s webinars, videos, and thought leadership across relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with industry influencers, SaaS partners, and complementary businesses to co-host webinars, write guest content, and cross-promote services.
- Partner with industry newsletters to feature our content or offer lead magnets to expand reach.
Who You Are
- A content creator with experience in social media marketing, video production, or live event hosting.
- Comfortable on camera, with the ability to host engaging webinars and video content.
- Familiar with LinkedIn engagement strategies, YouTube optimization, and social media growth tactics.
- Skilled at storytelling and content repurposing to maximize audience impact.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
This paid internship offers a performance-based compensation structure.
Interns will create video content across platforms like TikTok and YouTube to grow Stateable’s audience and drive leads to our website. For every lead that comes from your content and converts into a paying customer, you will earn 10% of the sales revenue from the contract for the first 3 months.
Marketing interns will also receive 100% of the ad revenue generated from the content you create and monetize during the internship. Stateable will not put a cap on how much ad revenue you earn. Your success is our success!
