      • Proposals (available inventory
      • Contracts
      • New & Extensions
      • Accounts Receivable
      • Campaign Kickoff Report Sharing
      • Dashboard
        • Client Logins
        • Client Facing Dashboard, building and sharing
        • Assigning store assets to campaigns
        • Managing End of Life asset timelines
  • Production Management
    • Responsible for
      • Client Artwork
        • Template Sharing
        • Proofing & Proof Approval
      • Print ordering
      • Install coordination
      • Installer communication
      • Installer onboarding
      • Proof of Posting Pics from Installers
      • Campaign kickoff report creation
      • Installer Payments
      • Production dashboard management
  • Vendor Management
    • Responsible for
      • Store Vendor communication
        • Via internal text platform & calls
      • Install coordination w store vendor
      • Proof of posting (Monthly)
        • Market helpers that go store to store photographing and documenting the media each month.
        • Finding, vetting, and hiring market helpers to execute the monthly media audits.
      • Vendor Payments (Monthly)
      • Vendor acquisition
        • Market lists, calls, meetings, & onboarding
      • Window dimensions
      • Vendor Dashboard Portal
        • Profile creation

And such other duties as mutually agreed or assigned from time to time.
