Direct Sales Intern

PAINT Philadelphia on a mission to help over 10,000 clients paint their homes by 2030,
create raving fans and lifelong relationships in the process. This is no small feat, and
will only be possible with the right team members. This is the perfect job for college
students gain professional experience and make extra money!

Qualifications (Required):

  • Smart phone
  • You are driven, reliable, and hold yourself accountable for results
  • 18 years old or older
  • You have a valid driver's license and vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through various prospecting activities
    Conduct face-to-face discussions with potential customers around their home
    renovation needs
  • Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new leads
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their
    product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in regard to both follow ups and job
    lead ups
  • Ensure the brand has a local presence through activities such as lawn signs, door
    hangers, home shows, and other community events

Benefits/Compensation:

  • Paid Training ($150/day)
  • $75 per appointment set
  • Based on our historical performance we expect top performers to get one apt ever two hours

  • School year, Saturdays 10am - 5/6pm
  • Summer, Full time available, flexible shifts
