Administrative Executive

About the Role:

Noor Holdings is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Administrative  Executive  who can help support the daily functions of the company and build from the ground up. The Executive will report directly to the Managing Director. This role is critical to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company and will require a highly motivated and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment building a business from scratch. Work environment is 60% office environment, 40% field work of a business nature. Work hours are 40 hrs/week, M – F with a flexible schedule. Remote work is not possible for this role.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with CEO to build, run, and grow the company
  • Identify new business lines and clients and source new ones
  • Managing Calendars, meetings/online meetings, and coordinating travel
  • Property identification
  • Identify and engage clients
  • Identify and engage vendors
  • Manage service schedules
  • Interaction with vendors, employees, and service providers
  • Grant and financial applications and interactions
  • HR and administrative record-keeping/compliance
  • Any other tasks/duties agreed upon to continue the growth of the business
  • Oversee and administer equipment, supplies, and office management
  • Record and track expenses

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to pick up tools and technologies quickly
  • Ability to follow directions and apply logic
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and be self-driven
  • Detail-oriented with Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in any circumstance
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or demonstrated possession of necessary skills
  • Proactive, Responsible, and problem-solving mentality with strong common sense
  • Positive and can-do attitude
  • Current, valid driving license
  • Legal ability to work in the United States – visa sponsorship not available
  • Location in Indianapolis or willingness to relocate at own expense – this is not a remote role

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Entrepreneurship, or Human Resources, graduation with 1 year, or relevant experience
  • Experience with multiple facets of growing a young business a plus
  • Research skills to enable the team to stay current in industry and develop/maintain best practices a plus.
