Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing, Promotions & Events Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to building brand awareness through creative campaigns and community engagement. This role offers hands-on experience in planning and executing events, promotional activities, and partnerships for a nationally established, yet fast-growing local organic brand.

Responsibilities
 

• Assist in planning and coordinating in-person (e.g., pop-ups, product demos, and local farmer’s markets).
   
• Product Display & Sales: Set up and maintain an appealing booth to showcase products, engage customers, and maximize sales.
   
• Inventory & Preparation: Manage stock levels, handle transportation, and ensure products meet quality and compliance standards.
   
• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers through friendly interactions, product knowledge, and addressing inquiries or feedback.
   
• Collaborate on promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
   
• Research and identify partnerships with like-minded brands, influencers, and
  organizations.
   
• Support in creating marketing materials for events and promotions, including flyers,
  emails, and social media posts.
   
• Track event and campaign performance, collecting feedback and data to measure
  success.
   
• Engage with local communities, businesses, and retailers to build brand connections.
   
•  Assist in strategic planning and execution for annual events calendar.
  
  Qualifications
   
• Enthusiastic about organic products, health, and wellness.
   
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest or experience in event planning, promotions, or marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

  Timeframe:
  This internship is part of the COBE Bronco Corps Summer Internship Program and will run from May through August 2024. We have 1-2 positions available.
