Full Stack Developer Lead – 100% Remote

Job Description:

Mandatory Skills: Angular, Node.js, React Native, Elastic DB, Java

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree, technical training, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Minimum 4+ yrs of experience
  • Expertise in Angular 7.0+ and Node.js
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web services
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and responsive UI development
  • Experience in React Native, Elastic DB, and Java
  • Deep knowledge of AngularJS practices, performance optimizations, and SEO solutions for single-page apps
  • Ability to work with backend developers, RESTful APIs, and external web services

As a Full Stack Developer Lead, you will:

  • Own technical delivery, deployment, optimization, support, and defect fixes
  • Develop and maintain complex components of information systems
  • Create and perform unit tests, resolve defects, and re-execute tests
  • Define and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Mentor and coach team members on development best practices
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot performance and technical issues
  • Align with architects, team leads, and IT leadership for technical runways
  • Collaborate with peers to review and enhance change requests
  • Document functional/technical requirements and design solutions
  • Participate in on-call application support and resolve application issues
