Department of Transportation & Public Works Contracts Compliance Officer # 91528

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.  One year of experience monitoring or developing contracts is required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.  Proof of education and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified.

Recruitment Notes

This is advanced administrative work in contract compliance for the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW). It may include supervision of other employees assigned to support activities and engaged in various phases of contract management review, implementation and auditing of quality assurance and compliance activities pertaining to the managing of Capital Construction & Consultant projects/payments. The job also requires the use of independent judgment to prepare reports to upper management and high-volume reviews of extensive support compliance documentation of invoices, logistics and coordination with other departments, divisions, and contractors/consultant firms.
