Job Duties

BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that may incorporate both teleworking and in-person office hours.  Employees must be able to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Works with BWC Tech Advisors to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects aimed at operational improvements and quality of consultative work products;
     
  • Assists and observes in field consultations with BWC customers, Safety Intervention Grant assessments and Safety Council Meetings to gain exposure to all 3 Field Safety Services functional disciplines and methodology (Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Ergonomics);
  • Assists in maintaining comprehensive documentation of project plans, processes and outcomes. 

Projected Schedule:
A maximum of 29 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and will fall between the hours of  8am-5pm, Monday - Friday.

Qualifications:
Must currently be enrolled in a higher education program. Majors expected to be most relevant include Occupational Safety and Health, Risk Management, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics or Engineering.
