The Covestro Commercial Rotational Development Program puts you on track for an exciting career at one of the world’s largest & most innovative producers of polymers & high-performance plastics.
The Commercial Rotational Development Program is designed for new college graduates to work closely with experienced professionals during an 18-month program that entails rotations in some of our businesses, such as: Engineering Plastics, Performance Materials, Tailored Urethanes, Specialty Films, Elastomers, Thermoplastic Polyurethanes or Coatings & Adhesives; plus rotations in Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement. In this role you will also gain an understanding of, and complete project work in functional areas of Product Management, Industrial Marketing, Commercial Operations, Sales, and Field Market Development. The Covestro program requires the selected candidates to be geographically flexible and to be willing to relocate to complete rotational assignments across the enterprise. In addition, upon successful completion of this program you may be required to relocate to one of the U.S. Covestro sites.

WHAT YOU OFFER
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Technology, Engineering or Math discipline with the desire to pursue a commercial-oriented career.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at Covestro
- Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering major preferred
- Chemistry major preferred
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication, listening, project planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information accurately
- Proven experience in achieving results by working in a team environment

NOTE: Upon completion of the rotations, business need will determine placement. The tentative start date for this position is June 9, 2025.
