Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales or technology, who possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients and opportunities.

 

An Exciting Day on the Job:

·       Conduct frontline outbound prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up.

·       Demonstrate initiative and establish rapport with potential customers.

·       Deliver presentations in-person or virtually, and provide demos to qualified customers.

·       Execute live and web-based presentations.

 

Your Qualifications:

·       No specific education requirements, but experience in sales or tech is preferred.
.       Familiarity with sales pipeline management and outreach techniques.
.       Able to articulate viewpoint effectively to key stakeholders in order to get buy-in and               agreement
.       Eager to learn and apply skills to assigned projects while working efficiently to meet               deadline expectations.
.       Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and                             organizational skills.
.      Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
.      Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, and strategic environment
