Marketing Intern
We are looking for a dedicated marketing intern to create and execute our marketing strategy. You will work with our sales and marketing team to revamp our marketing strategy. This includes creating marketing campaigns for new product launches and promoting them through our website, email marketing, sms, and social media.
Our marketing intern will be responsible for the marketing vision and execution. Coming up with new ideas, writing content, and working with our partners on unique marketing collaborations.
We are looking for someone who is studying marketing and has experience with PPC ad optimization, SEO, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, and overall marketing strategy.
We are a coatings company (hydro dipping) that sells materials to manufacturers in the sporting goods, automotive, aviation, and architectural markets.
Internship Description
- This a paid internship that focused on developing a student’s organic content marketing skillset while working on real-life projects.
- Interns will be taught how to use content management systems like WordPress to write engaging online content for our new products and press releases.
- Interns will also create customized imagery using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe products.
- Interns will create a content calendar and proactively schedule marketing campaigns.
Student Learning Outcomes
- Gain knowledge of content management systems like WordPress and utilize various social media platforms.
- Learn how to write effective content that that engages readers and is optimized for SEO.
- Learn how to design marketing assets using Abode Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop and InDesign.
- Acquire branding skills and learn how to create a cohesive brand image.
- Interns will gain experience in using industry-leading tools and software to manage campaigns and assess results.
Mentors
This internship is mentored by Michael Metallo, the VP of Sales and Marketing at TWN Industries. Interns will attend weekly meetings with the leadership team to discuss marketing strategy and assess results from past marketing campaigns.
Internship Duration
The duration of the internship is 6 months. However, we are flexible and are looking to hire candidates upon completion.
