Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Englewood, CO 

Position Summary:  InHealth is seeking a self-starter looking to make a positive impact on the healthcare industry by driving client success in value-based care.  We are a small business seeking talented and passionate analysts looking to grow their professional capabilities alongside our firm.  Candidates lacking in nimbleness, curiosity, and ambition need not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare clear and appealing dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings
  • Enhance external client and internal firm resources by utilizing artificial intelligence / machine learning tools
  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to clients
  • We expect our professionals to develop their skillsets and we are eager to partner by investing in their capacity-building

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent writing/communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Extensive use of large language model tools (ex: ChatGPT)
  • Passion for problem-solving in the healthcare industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, economics, finance, or a STEM major.
  • Experience with big data and knowledge of related programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, and/or Python)
  • Skills with Power BI, Tableau, or other data dashboard/visualization software
  • Entrepreneurial inclinations: a desire to acquire equity and contribute to the growth of a business
