Architectural Lighting Designer

Our largest studio in Seattle is currently looking to add a designer or else a graduate designer to work hand-in-hand with our principals and fellow staff to service our clientele. Please tell us what makes you exceptional.

Responsibilities

· Documentation of deliverables, specifications & presentation materials 

· Work alongside senior staff to provide day-to-day care for projects

· Work within given timeframes for deliverables 

· Exhibit good design practice and judgement within the studio and on project sites

· Collaborate and support fellow staff with deliverables

Qualifications

Qualified candidates are expected to be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer and have the following:

· 0-4 years of architectural lighting design or similar design experience

· Preferred completed education: BSc (in Arch Eng) / Barch / MArch / MIArch / BSID /      MFA (in Int Design)

· Ability to work on multiple tasks within a dynamic team environment

· Examples of clearly communicated design concepts

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Competence with Revit and AutoCAD

· Proficiency with MS Office & Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software

· Experience with (Mac) OS X operating system (is preferred)

· Proficiency with visual rendering software (3ds Max) is a plus
